IREIS Properties (āweā, āusā) is a London-based, trilingual property advisory team. For personal data collected via this website (www.ireis.co.uk) we are the data controller, and we process your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you contact us through the websiteās enquiry form, brochure or floor-plan request, or newsletter sign-up, we may collect your name, email, phone number, the content of your message and the development(s) you are interested in. We may also collect limited technical data (such as browser type, approximate region and referring source) to keep the site running and secure.
How and why we use it
We use this data to: respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and send the brochures or floor plans you request (steps taken at your request); send newsletters and market updates where you have consented (consent); and maintain site security and improve our service (legitimate interest). Sharing your data

To deliver our service we use processors who act only on our instructions under confidentiality obligations, including Cloudflare (form handling, data storage and website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above; after that, or on your request for erasure, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
